Dock

• 135-foot dock with power and water
• We have plenty of parking for boat trailers and oversized vans.
• Deep water (5-6 ft at MHW) with no bridges to ocean. Six foot draft should not be a problem in high tide.. Check official tide table prior to your arrival. This is just a guide and should not be used for navigation purposes.
• Located on weather protected Bonefish Bay
• Clean water (very little if any seaweed accumulation at anytime of year)
• Screened in gazebo overlooking Bonefish Bay
• Large yard for trailer parking
• Dock 30 AMP power AND 50 AMP power
• Entrance by water is East of Cocoplum Beach and between Fat Deer Key, Latitude 24,43’41, Longitude 80,59’33

After you pass thru the first lead markers keep to your left (it can be shallow on the right), once you pass into the canal continue to keep left and follow the shoreline to Ave F. You will see the home and take a left into the canal after you pass the home and you have arrived. This is just a guide and should not be used for navigation purposes..
