Directions By Car: Going south on US 1 turn left at 15th Street (Mile Marker 47.8 Ocean side). You will see the Best Western Hotel on your right (Bay side) as you approach 15th Street. Follow the street to the end as it turns to the right and follow to the restaurant straight ahead. You will see a marina and fish house on your left side just before the main entrance. Directions by Boat: Go north up canal next to Poncho’s Fuel Dock – Ocean side.

SAUTEED ALLIGATOR TAIL – Beautiful white gator tenderloin is sliced thin and pounded for tenderness then sautéed and smothered in mushrooms and scallions with lots of garlic. We won an award at the Taste of the Islands restaurant challenge in 2000 with this dish $16.95

SNAPPER MAZATLAN – fresh local snapper of the day (usually yellowtail) is sautéed with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions in a white wine cream basil sauce. We won the Taste of the Islands “Best Main Entrée” category with this dish in 2001! $18.95

CAPTAINS PLATTER – fresh mahi, jumbo shrimp, large sea scallops, extra select oysters, and clams. This dish is served fried or broiled for the hungry appetite. Items may be substituted due to seasonal availability. $19.95

ISLAND TUNA – Fresh Sushi quality Yellowfin Tuna steak, lightly encrusted with cracked black pepper, seared and wrapped in a homemade ginger and wasabi pancake. Homemade teriyaki sauce is drizzled over the top making this dish not only delicious but beautifully presented. We recommend this cooked between rare and medium for the best flavor. $19.95

YOUR CATCH – Bring your catch in cleaned and ready for cooking and we will cook it for you. Unless you have a favorite, we recommend it served family style on a big platter prepared five ways, broiled, sautéed, fried, blackened and lemon caper sauce. We will prepare your fish as one of our specials for $2 extra per person. $9.95

FRESH FISH OF THE DAY – Depending upon the availability we have the freshest local Snapper, Grouper, Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi which can be prepared fried, broiled, blackened, sautéed, almondine, and lemon caper or as one of our daily specials. The daily Market Price for each fish in-house is listed on Tonights Specials as an insert in your menu.

THE SKIPPER’S CUT – This cut is made for the beefeater that likes it still moo-ing. This 2+ inch thick aged Certified Angus Sirloin weighs in at a full pound. We recommend this not be cooked more than Medium-rare in order to keep it tender and juicy. $21.95
